About our operations

Iris Hadar AB conducts adult education for several municipalities across Sweden. The operations include basic and upper secondary courses conducted remotely within municipal adult education (Komvux). The education is aimed at adult students with varying backgrounds, prior knowledge, and study habits. Through a structured and flexible distance pedagogy, students are given the opportunity to complete studies regardless of geographical location. Teaching is conducted via a digital learning platform and is carried out by certified and qualified teachers. Students are offered continuous teacher contact, planned supervision, regular feedback, and support measures as needed. The work includes study planning, monitoring of progression, and documentation in accordance with applicable regulations. Our goal is to create the best possible conditions for our students for the next step in life. Our operations are characterized by high quality, great flexibility, and complete individual adaptation.

About the position

We are looking for you who want to work as a paid teacher with us, primarily in mathematics at both basic and upper secondary levels.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a teaching license in mathematics
• Has experience with distance work
• Experience in adult education
• Is flexible, curious, and has an easy time collaborating with both students and colleagues
• Is punctual and responsible
